The campus chapter at DeSales University has held several successful fundraisers for SHARE. In fall 2012, this chapter organized a collection at Sunday masses on campus, and they raised over $450. They also raised over $150 by selling ornaments. And, in spring 2013, they held SHARE's first-ever 5K run and raised over $1,000! Awesome work, guys!

A shout out to the SHARE club at Ridge High School, for hosting a fundraiser to benefit SHARE. And thanks to SHARE star volunteer Rae Conklin for donating the profits from sales of her lovely jewelry. Teen power in action!

CRAFT (Change Reaches All Friends Today) is a group of New Jersey high school students who create and sell handmade goods and donate the proceeds to charity. They are sponsoring a SHARE Scholar, which means they are helping a bright, deserving girl go to school. Cheers to you, CRAFT!

A big shout out to our awesome intern, Meg Robbins, for organizing a laptop donation drive at her school in Summit, NJ. Thanks to Meg, girls in Tanzania will receive 14 laptops, and more may be on the way. And thanks to all the Kent Place students who donated their laptops -- you rock!


Let's hear it for the SHARE club at Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, New Jersey! They raised $375 at two back to school night events in fall 2012. The teens sold t-shirts and collected donations, all while spreading awareness about SHARE's mission. Thanks to all the club members, including co-founders Tiffany Chen and Robert Ju. Go Team SHARE!

SHARE interns Gabriella Marki and Meg Robbins raised $250 by holding a bake sale in fall 2012. (They are pictured here planning the fundraiser with SHARE board member Diane Ashton). The girls sold delicious cupcakes, cookies and brownies, and donated the proceeds to SHARE. Way to go, girls!

Cheers to the campus chapter at DeSales University for organizing our first 5K run, and raising over $1,000 for SHARE! The race was held on April 14, 2013 at the campus in Center Valley, Pennsylania. Over 60 people participated in the event. Many thanks to chapter president John Bayeux and all the volunteers who made this fundraiser so successful.

Thanks to the 5th grade class in Glenrock, New Jersey, for donating $50 to SHARE. The students voted to decide where their fundraising monies should be sent and they chose SHARE.  The kids from Glenrock ROCK!
